Withdrawal from the Contract via Electronic Form
If you wish to withdraw from the contract using the electronic withdrawal form, you have several options:
- In the order confirmation email received from www.CardEmpire.sk, you will find a blue bar at the bottom of the email labeled “View Order Details”. After clicking it, you will be redirected to an overview of your order, where you can see the contents of your order and all related information. In the top right corner, there is a button labeled “Return Products”.
- You can also visit www.CardEmpire.sk and select “My Order” in the “Information for You” section at the bottom of the website. After clicking it, you will see the “View Order Details” page. By entering your order number and the email address used for the order, you will be redirected to your order overview. On this page, you can see the contents of your order and all related information. In the top right corner, there is a button labeled “Return Products”.

After clicking the “Return Products” button, you will be redirected to a page where you can select the products you wish to return. You need to choose the specific products and quantities, or select the option to return the entire order, and then submit the return request.
If you use the electronic withdrawal form, i.e. the return process described above, we will immediately confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email after it has been submitted.
We will then process your withdrawal request and contact you regarding the next steps for the physical return of the products, either by:
- returning the products in person at one of our CardEmpire stores,
- sending the products to our CardEmpire Bratislava store.
If you choose to send the products via Packeta, the products must be securely packed and a note containing your contact details and preferably your bank account number for the refund should be included in the parcel so that we can identify the sender. You will then hand over the parcel at a Packeta drop-off point and provide the code that will be supplied to you by email after we agree on the next steps. Packeta staff will print the shipping label and attach it to the parcel, which will then be delivered to us.
Once we receive the parcel, we will process it based on the enclosed contact details and inform you about the refund. We recommend including your bank account number on the enclosed note so that the refund can be processed more quickly. If you do not provide your bank account number, we will arrange the refund method with you by email.
