Each booster box contains 20 booster packs. Each booster pack contains 12 cards.

The 2024 Topps Series 1 Baseball Hobby box includes 20 packs of 12 cards each, totaling 240 cards per box. Each box is guaranteed to contain one autograph or relic card and also includes an exclusive Silver Pack featuring chrome-style cards of veterans, rookies, and legends—only available in hobby boxes.

The base set consists of 350 cards and features current MLB players, top rookies, Future Stars, and both team and league leaders. One of the standout parallels is the Golden Mirror Image Variation, with a gold back design, which falls approximately one in every eleven hobby packs.

The product features a variety of collector-friendly insert sets such as 1989 Topps Baseball, Superstar Blueprint, Grand Gamers, 2023 All-Topps Team, and Greatest Hits. These inserts are available in several parallel formats, including Black (/299), Gold (/75), Red (/10), and Platinum 1/1. Many of these also come in autographed versions.

Autograph cards can be found in sets like Baseball Stars Autographs, 1989 Autographs, Dual Autographs (/10), World Champion Autographs, and Reverence Patch Autograph Relics. Relic cards include Major League Material, 1989 Relics, and Postseason Performance sets, with numbered parallels up to Platinum 1/1.

Exclusive to the hobby format, Silver Packs can include chrome parallels and on-card autographs. The hobby box also includes commemorative "Home Sweet Home Stadium Medallions" with colored parallels: Red (/10), Gold (/75), and Platinum (1/1), including signed versions.

A rare highlight is the "True Photo Variation" subset—cards with alternate photos and no text overlays. These are extremely limited, falling roughly one in 677 packs, with an estimated print run of fewer than 100 per player across the set.
