The Pokémon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet—Twilight Masquerade expansion, released on May 24, 2024, invites players to explore the enchanting land of Kitakami, a region where people and Pokémon coexist harmoniously with nature. This set draws inspiration from The Teal Mask, the first part of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC for the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet video games. Central to this expansion is the masked Legendary Pokémon Ogerpon, which appears in four distinct Terastallized forms as Tera Pokémon ex. The set also continues the introduction of ACE SPEC cards, offering powerful effects that can significantly influence battles.
The Twilight Masquerade expansion comprises over 220 cards, featuring more than a dozen new Pokémon ex and several new ACE SPEC cards. The set includes seven Pokémon ex, seven Tera Pokémon ex, 21 illustration rare Pokémon, 12 ultra rare full-art etched Pokémon ex and Supporter cards, 11 special illustration rare Pokémon and Supporter cards, and six hyper rare gold etched cards.
