The Families and Outcasts expansion takes players beyond the neon streets of Night City into the lawless Wastelands — toxic dumps, smoldering oil fields, polluted plains, and acid rains that have left the land barren. Here, nomads roam, preying on the unprepared and carving out their own ruthless existence.

Though desolate, the Wastelands offer unique opportunities for those bold enough to seize them. This expansion introduces:

• a new Wastelands board expanding the scope of the game,

• additional gangs and cards that change strategies and alliances,

• and the ability to play with up to 5 players.
